Pre-Order Content Missing

Hi Barry. I have tried restarting my Xbox Series S numerous times to no avail. I have tried contacting chat who literally just told me to wait it out. I am still without my content as of this moment.

Hi berry have already tried factory reset redownloading the game and I still do not have my pre order content I got a message saying I received it when I opened the game for the very first time after picking my favorite team and I got the message again after I factory reset and re download the game but I still do not have my content.

i have not received my 4600 points or packs for preordering the deluxe edition of college football 25. id either like the content i paid for or my money back. chat bot doesnt work and no way to contact anyone about it. its almost like you knew this was going to happen. any time i preorder theres an issue with ultimate team giving me what i paid for. madden 24 EA told me to get over it like i didnt pay extra money for something they never intended on giving to everyone that paid for it

I contacted how many advisors and they don’t know how to fix it. Guys just accept were never receiving those things.

I pre ordered the deluxe edition of college football 25 and received all the pre order packs and points but I bought the mvp bundle a few days ago and never received any points or packs. Is there a reason for this or do we not receive extra rewards for buying the content twice? I saw people receiving the points and packs twice for buying both so I’m wondering why I never got my points and packs again.
