As an update for everyone I still have not received my pre-order content and EA support refuses to do anything about it stating to "be patient". It's been over a week and a half at this point. EA needs to be held accountable for this. We paid for this content.
Same issue here, never get a answer as to why or when we will get what we paid for. WHERE IS OUR ITEMS THAT WE PAID FOR EA
Still don’t have pre order deluxe content after two weeks. Ea Help just randomly closes my cases and no one makes an effort to provide a timeline. I need a refund or the content I purchased.
I have had the same issue. EA is a joke. I have done EA Help chat almost 10 times now expecting a resolution to just be told "they're aware of the issue and are working on it." Usually the person in the chat lets me know how bad they feel and more scripted *. Asked for a refund and was told only xbox can refund it. Xbox says once the game is downloaded they will not refund the game. So with no resolution in sight and no ability to get our money back we're basically stuck with our * in our hands and EA just pocketed it all.
I have had this problem too, my points aren’t there and neither are the packs.
You're a liar and just want free money or packs.

I haven’t played ultimate team yet because I have been playing the other modes but I realized that my deluxe packs and points are not on my account
