I am missing my pre-order content. It appeared yesterday when it first came out then when I tried to open one of the packs it kicked me to the main menu and the packs have disappeared and have been gone since. Anyone else having this issue?

Still nothing. And no I'm not asking for free money or packs. I'm asking for what I already paid for. The handling of this situation from EA has been unacceptable and the fact that it's been nearly 3 weeks without a fix is unfathomable for content we already paid for.
Does the EA Help desk not already have a ticket opened for this issue? If so, post the routing link so that everyone can get immediate help. I work in IT, so I know how a ticketing system SHOULD work...
