Re: College Football EA Play Loyalist Ultimate Team Packs

Hey Everyone, 

Thanks for reaching out to the community and letting us know what you're running into. 

For EA Play rewards, make sure you are currently subscribed to EA Play on the same console you play College Football on. (or a service like GamePass, that gives you access to EA Play). 

If you are, fully close College Football and power-cycle your console. After relaunch CF, and check Ultimate Team if your pack are available. 

If you continue to not receive the EA Play rewards (during the time they are available), please reach out to our support to investigate your account further. 

  1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
  2. Select College Football 25 (or any game you're trying to play)
  3. Select the "See all help topics"
  4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
  5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

    I followed your directions EA Illum and I still do not have my packs. I did not get the July nor August packs for being an EA Play member.

    Bad news folks, spoke to a nice lady at EA over the chat line. They have no clue how to fix this and get us our packs. I had to prove that these packs existed by pasting the link to their own site in the chat. Once I did that she ended the convo by saying she needed to pass the info on to a higher authority. Considering, at least in my game, they took TD Jesus out of Notre Dame already by covering him with a giant scoreboard I do not think a higher authority is going to help us get the missing stuff we should have. 

    By the way, why EA? Who complained about TDJ? He was there my first season with ND, now he is gone. You don't like Jesus don't play with Notre Dame. Simple and easy. AITA?
