Re: No Progression in RTG

RTG > started an 80, backup was a 79. Led college in yards and had 10 TDs was all american 1st team.

Throughout the year only earned enough to upgrade to an 82, despite 20k coach trust and having earned about 20 skill points.  

In the offseason the 2nd string went up to an 86 and the 3rd string an 84, I at an 82 was pushed to 3rd string.  Despite having 20k coach trust to their negative 3000 and negative 1500.  I won the position battle to get 2nd string, but was barely put in the game.  Then mid season the moved me to third string because my overall again, had to win back up a second time.  I am 6 games into the second season and they are going entire games without putting me on the field.  Waste of my time, poor experience.  Big time glitch or oversight.

Workaround, it feels like cheating but I had to increase the HB XP in settings by a ton, it allowed me to get skill points fast enough to remain a starter.

The solution should be that the career player progresses in the off season just like the rest of the team and that progression is based on work load rather than arbitrary.
