Unfortunately, missing items are not something we can look into here on Answers HQ. I would recommend reaching out to our EA Help Team. 

1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
2. Select College Football 25 (or any game you're trying to play)
3. Select the "See all help topics"
4. Select the option I'm looking for something I earned (or select what best matches your case)
5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
