I have been recording the video when I win as proof I am only getting one pack, and 99.9 percent of the time that pack is crap. Only once did I get a decent player and was shocked as heck. It was an 83 Marshall Faulk (sold him though as I have the 85 MF). Usually two of the players I am getting are in the 60's and the other two in the 70's, mid to low 70's in fact. I'm not joking when I say I still have three players on my roster in the 70's as starters because I have bought some expensive players I like with my coins and not spread the coins over other positions.
Not that it is all bad, Mason Fakahua (who my high school son has nicknamed F*** A You Ah) has been clutch at only a 77. Just wish I could get a better kicker than 74, I barely make those long field goal challenges and dudes range is only about 39 yards. 40+ I have messed every time.
Anyway, hope they fix it and hope we get something decent. I'd be happy as heck if they gave us a pack with 3 really good players and we got to pick one. Like high 80's players not the 80 and 81 dudes I always seem to get when I open a pack from the special cards.

@EA_Kent is it time to reach out again? None of us got the make-goods for this.

- tnassttyy1 year agoNew Veteran@bobbertbobbert Had to make a new account, I was previously Bobbertbobbert. My account was not linked correctly to my xbox and they said that may be a reason why I have not been given the Make Good, however they also noted no one has gotten it.

@tnassttyy Still no make good on this for me. They are not going to give us these makegoods. They have no idea what they are doing. The EA reps on this board are no help because they cannot do anything about missing content. They are just here to tell us to "open a case". We open the case, we talk to an EA Chat person who, and bless them for trying, we all know English is not their first language, but that is okay, I get outsourcing to keep costs down, but they too are of no real help, they listen and then every response from them is I will pass this along. Then I get an email from EA saying Case Closed No Fix. Today, and I am not joking, EA sent me the email but the email was not in English it was in Dutch, and thankfully I know enough German to translate some of it. (Had to use Google translator for the rest.) Pretty much said NO FIX.
