How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a RTG session as the HB.
What happens when the bug occurs? My player will spend an entire quarter or more on the bench at least once every game.
What do you expect to see? A realistic amount of play time even given wear and tear and stamina.
As a starting HB in RTG I get continually benched every game. I'll play for about 3 plays max, most times just 1 or 2 and then get benched for long periods of the game. Sometime up to a quarter and a half or more. The very long periods happen every game and every time spent on the bench seems unrealistically long.
