I tried to log into college football 25 and it says unable to at the moment but i got onto the Madden server just fine what's going on did they take the servers down to fix the issues in CUT

Paid for the $5.99 trial so I can play the college football game for 10 hours but unfortunately looks like there's an issue to where you can't play it. So now I want my money back because EA is just trying to scam people saying that you can play a game when the servers are actually down. I'm very disappointed with the company and I feel like with something this big you should have been a lot more prepared and not have so many issues but unfortunately seems like EA is just a big issue
Just loads to the game then desync occurs!im trying to add a picture but the file is too large .
Play a friend mode and online dynasty just load to the game and desync and won’t start . Any suggestions?
What's going on with solo battles i would like to get a game of that in so i can complete the orientation

- @BaJustice75 EA was losing a ton of money due to an exploit where players could abuse the solo battle and got a ton of top notch players. So they closed it indefinitely.
I’ve been trying to play any mode in CUT for 2 days now, and it says servers cannot process request. Not my connection because all other games work, and I can purchase packs. It also worked on launch day, but not since. I got the delux edition for early access - and have not been able to play 2/3 days.
If that's the case the simple solution to this problem is to just remove the packs from this mode and just award coins only
