suspicious activity (message code M329X). Banned from quickselling

I was streaming last night and rolling a very significant amount of training, around 67 to 69 1.2 million training role packs were pulled;  and I went to a quick sell player and now I can’t quick sell anything in EA support says I have no band on my record and I can’t get any training or quick sell any of the coins from the coin boosters.

I went 16/67 for LTD’s. It was a very fun stream for enjoyment purposes only there was nothing malicious going on at all, people are talking about everywhere and Youtubers and twitch streamers discord right now.

Thoughts? EA support doesn’t exist. I’m not getting help.  How would you feel if you be the equivalent of a brand new car on a video game and they just shut it off and customer support tells you nothing wrong. It’s not working.
