Team and Playbook Chem Question

For example, the Texas D comes with the Multiple Defense. There is a box that says to "Add the Multiple Defense Playbook to your lineup to get a +25 chem Boost."  Is there somewhere to add this or am I missing something here? If I remove the "Texas" Defensive playbook and replace it with the Multiple D playbook do I lose the Texas Team Chem?

Thanks for your help. As someone who hasn't played ncaa since like 2008, I'm having trouble finding info on how to best utilize the Chem strategies for the CUT Team.
