Team chemistry
So I have a 50/50 Ole Miss team chem team on ultimate team. However when I replace someone for another player who also has ole miss team chem it drops me down to 49/50. Basically making him un-usable.

You have a player playing out of position. I see a MLB at LOLB. Switch back to a LOLB and the 50/50 should come back.
