Team Player Mental ability
I’ve done three season now and still haven’t unlocked the Team player mental ability. Is there some hidden quest? I’ve maxed leadership and don’t skip practices, also picks teammates in all interviews.

Have you found it yet? I’m having trouble too, I thought I’d be able to put my qb on defense lol
