@0pvklnq93gex Same here. I’ve been trying to raise this issue for 3 days now. I’ve seen nothing meaningful as far as any ways to resolve from EA. @EA, I’ve never seen something this bad that restricts game play go on for 4 days without a resolution. Can you please put this as a high priority and get it fixed.
In M24 this problem could sometimes be solved by creating a fresh new lineup, maybe it can also help in CFB25...
Hey @satfreaktom264 - Thanks for the tip, it’s worth a try. What constitutes a fresh new lineup? Do you have to replace every single position (I.e. the whole lineup including backups)? Or just a couple changes do that it’s different, or just the starters, etc. if you don’t mind explaining that just a little more, I appreciate it. Just b making sure I follow exactly what you mean. It won’t even let me into the line up screen to do this also will I lose all my cards? This is so frustrating
Last week I pulled a quintrevion wisner card, I was able to play with it for one game session and I started to get an error message thats says "ERROR: our servers cannot process your request at this time, please try again later". I wasn't able to play for a day or so while I did research to figure out what the issue was. After I found out this was an issue other people have dealt with, I went through my team and figured out which card was causing the issue and the error message stopped and my game started working again. This morning I pulled a cam skattebo card, put it on my team, and the exact same error message came up. I took him off and the game worked again. Seeing as this is a significant value in coins, I got in contact with EA help to see if they could resolve the issue. After going through the troubleshooting steps, they told me to move forward I had to make a post in here to get the community managers attention.
Still happening, I'm out 2 days of daily challenges as of now cause same error 6 months later
