Unable to access Ultimate Team at all

Hello, 

I suddenly cannot enter the Ultimate Team game mode. I was on it earlier around 1:30 PM with no issues. Around the time that today's Phenoms of the Week Content (Dillon Gabriel LTD) was released in the game, I have been unable to access the mode entirely. I can access every other mode in College Football 25, just not Ultimate Team. I am not the only one who has experienced this as others cannot enter the game mode as well. I have done two EA Help tickets and have done every trouble shooting possible. Restarting the game, console, power cycling, DNS change, deleting saves, reinstall, and database rebuilds. Is there any other possible solution on my end?

    Hi everyone, 

    I wanted to follow up here and let you know that the recent issue that was causing some folks to get an error when trying to enter CUT should be fixed now. If you haven't had the chance to try logging in recently, please give it another shot when you can. 

    I've seen a few people asking if there are plans for any sort of make-good for those who were getting this error, but I'm afraid I haven't heard any news on that. I'd recommend keeping an eye out on the College Football Direct channel. That's where we would make an announcement if we have any updates to share on that. 

    Thank you to everyone for being patient with us while we were working on getting this fixed.

    Since about 4pm September 18th 2024, I have not been able to login to CUT. "Navneet" was the representative I spoke to and they did absolutely nothing of value to help. I'm not the only one having this issue and I'm about to get my refund if you can't fix this expeditiously. FIX IT.

    Same issue here. Support was no help. All troubleshoothing did nothing.

    EA needs to refund my purchase and all my in-game purchases. Being unable to access the game this long with no help is unbelievable.

    Weeks and weeks of issues, Touchdown Tango rewards not being given, Champs rewards not being given, champs and gauntlet not being present for a week, packs not rewarding from challenges, and challenge criteria being glitched. Glitch after glitch after glitch, but hey, at least new packs keep coming out!

    I'm sick and tired of it. On top of all of this, many other community members and I have been unable to log into CUT for days. Not a few hours, days. No word has been heard from EA, the support staff give the typical answers on what to try and none of them work. 

    I'm at the point where I want the game and my in-game purchases refunded. Not being able to access the game for days is absolutely unacceptable.
