Unable to access Ultimate Team at all
Hello,
I suddenly cannot enter the Ultimate Team game mode. I was on it earlier around 1:30 PM with no issues. Around the time that today's Phenoms of the Week Content (Dillon Gabriel LTD) was released in the game, I have been unable to access the mode entirely. I can access every other mode in College Football 25, just not Ultimate Team. I am not the only one who has experienced this as others cannot enter the game mode as well. I have done two EA Help tickets and have done every trouble shooting possible. Restarting the game, console, power cycling, DNS change, deleting saves, reinstall, and database rebuilds. Is there any other possible solution on my end?

I wanted to follow up here and let you know that the recent issue that was causing some folks to get an error when trying to enter CUT should be fixed now. If you haven't had the chance to try logging in recently, please give it another shot when you can.
I've seen a few people asking if there are plans for any sort of make-good for those who were getting this error, but I'm afraid I haven't heard any news on that. I'd recommend keeping an eye out on the College Football Direct channel. That's where we would make an announcement if we have any updates to share on that.
