Unable to process request when trying to play online

Everytime I try to play online it kicks me off and says it cannot process this request. 
but I can play on my other account just fine. 
why does this game have issues like every other week. Yall are making billions and can’t have one game that works just fine

    Try setting your lineup to the best overall or create a new lineup. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    @EA_Aljo This works but really defeats the purpose of setting your own optimized lineup, since the generate best lineup is not the best lineup if you are building theme/chemistry teams, plus it still ignores some players. best if EA would fix the lineup bugs that have been around since season 2. Just my two cents.

    @EA_Aljo Thanks for responding. It's great to see the advisors trying to help and respond.

    Yes, creating the new lineup works, but my point is it isn't ideal when you take the time to build a specific theme/chemistry team. It is frustrating when you take the time to update chemistry on players that have the right scheme your are running to cause the game to "break". We spend our valuable time and coin to upgrade our teams, to only not be able to use them correctly.

    Using the generate new lineup creates what EA deems to be the best team and it isn't when you have taken the time to build specific teams. Even using the "build best chemistry" or "build best theme" option doesn't build correctly, because you can't do both. It's either/or.

    I do appreciate the response and at least a workaround, but the issues have been around since Season 2 with no resolution.

    Also, it would be nice if EA would communicate all the KNOWN bugs, cards that cause the bugs, etc.

    You're very welcome! I understand the frustration with this. Hopefully, we'll have it addressed in a future update.

  • I got this same issue and I found that just limiting your roster to 53 players should do the trick. The game won’t tell ya you have too many players, just boot you out games. Hope this helps
