[Updated] College Football 25 unable to see challenge since season 2

I only have the playbook and tutorial challenges left since the update. Where did all the others go?

Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: Closed game, un-installed re installed, no challenges appear in ultimate team

When I Google this the results indicate that this has been "solved". I'm not seeing a resolution. Is anyone having the challenges returned to them? Do I have to fill out my personal details in that form? Sounds sketchy.
