[Updated] College Football 25 unable to see challenge since season 2

Dear support,

As others have already reported, I also have no new challenges in Ultimate Team, (i.e. New legends drop on Sunday and there should be challenges, but there are none.) These are the only items that show on the challenges screen:

Ultimate Team 101

Ultimate Team 201

Offense Scheme Trials

Defense Scheme Trials

I also never received my 82 legend player from last week (last week of season 1)  even though I completed the challenges when they were actually available to play. Also, legends challenges are usually (in MUT anyway) available the entire season and are never archived, why are they not available here???

Summarize your bug When trying to play challenges in ultimate team only the basic challenges (like ultimate team 101 and the trials) show up and nothing else. Because of this I don’t have any access or way to complete challenges like the legends challenges to unlock Tim Tebow.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Can only find it if you experience it.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t play the challenges in College Ultimate Team.
What do you expect to see? The challenges in CUT.

I’m experiencing the same issues on ps5. It is making me get further behind in ultimate team and it’s pissing me off.

• Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: there is nothing to try you have not updated with any new season challenges and took away all the other challenges except the basic ones that the game stated with.  Also nothing is counting towards the season goals(yards, points, sacks, completions, noting is counting but once when I bought a college kickoff pack).but they do seem to change count to the display completion.

The game is pretty much unplayable because of these issues. At least no reason to play Ultimate Team mode when noting counts towards goal and there are no new challenges. I played 4 games the yards, game and pack counted for the daily but none of the Season 2 goals.
