Weekly and Milestones Not Acquired in Bowl Blitz and National Championship Games

I'm curious as to why Bowl Blitz and Road To National Championship games do not count towards tasks such as H2H wins or gaining points. It seems like a waste that Bowl Blitz was under H2H banner but does not count towards anything except the stadium and token. 

Also was there really only 29 bowl games so we can only acquire 29 tokens therefore leaving the 10 token requirement one shy after redeeming the the 95 Bowl Blitz player for 20 tokens?
