Win Games objectives not working

I'm seeing YouTubers sitting at level 31. My win games objectives aren't counting at all. Am I the only one. I've done regular HR and H2H. Nothing counts

Custom Playbooks in RTG
Using a custom playbook in RTG doesn’t work. It will give you the same 5-6 plays the entire game. Kind of frustrating. Hopefully it’s patched soon
