worst customer experience ever

after being wrongfully banned twice for playing solo seasons i’ve now been banned a third time. all around the same UTC time. Clearly this is all AI and this company doesn’t really have real people that investigate cheating bans and hand them out. their terms of service team might be real but there is too much AI that this company cannot do its job properly. having paid $70 for this game and to get 3 online bans that 2 have been overturned already and surely this one will as well i have concluded that EA has scammed me. This company is terrible and only cares about people who buy micro transactions.
