@jt34100 You only get XP from completely Field Pass Objectives, not for just completing a game / challenge (other than the daily "complete a game" for 300 xp).
It seems a lot of the confusion comes from it not telling you what the objective completed was when you get the XP. Like for a while I thought I was getting XP for every Solo Season game completed. But when I stopped getting it I realized it was because I didn't have anymore Field Pass objectives.
If I was getting that same rate of XP per game, I would have completed the entire season 1 multiple times by now. It has to be drip fed so you don't finish the entire season in a week.
