College Football 25 Team Builder Deep Dive

What will it take to have teambuilder for offline dynasties. I shouldn't have to be forced to subscribe to ps + network just to use my created team or teamsthat I only want to play offline with.since doing an online cloud private dynasty I can only control 1 teambuilder team when I can import 16 makes absolutely no sense what so ever .

A few things id like to see added as im sure others would agree:

1. Bring in Generic Stadiums, and if possible allow custom logos to be added on scoreboard, surrounding walls, and allow us to pick background setting outside of stadium

2.  Allow us to do OUR OWN ratings for school (Star rating, Campus lifestyle, academic prestige etc)

3. Let us set our own record books for our school. If I want to start off with no records/stats for my school, let my players i start my dynasty with be the first to put Passing yards/TDS, Sacks Etc. on the books for my team, will help with emersion and allow me to continuously break my own team records

4. This one would be awesome if you could bring this in.. Why not just ADD an EXPANSION slot for teambuilder teams? Instead of replacing an existing school, why not allow us up to 16 or 32 TEAMBUILDER teams to be imported into the college world and JOIN the ranks adding more teams to college an d keeping the foundation of whats already there?.. would be cool to expand College football to upwards of 150 teams (all the real schools plus a bunch of created ones! 

5. Add generic Bands/Fight songs us to choose from.

6. Add some kind of presentation Teambuilder team players for players running onto field, to my understanding there is no entrance at all? 

Being on a new system you would think it would be everything we already had plus more. Not just asking for the basic things from the old.

I have to agree with you. The inability to do that is unacceptable! It was a huge part of the game and why we can’t do it now is beyond me. The fact that we don’t have a regular CAP for us to put players on any team we want is absurd!

So far the team builder looks great. I agree with about everyone on a few things:

Generic Stadiums of varying sizes should be added and customizable (This is probably the biggest thing)

Allowing the ability to change school ratings such as Star rating, academic prestige, etc. (Probably the Second biggest thing)

It would be cool to not have to overwrite an existing team, I mean FBS is ever growing, take Kennesaw State for example. 

Adding some generic entrances and fight songs would also be great. I know being able to upload a preexisting song will never happen due to licensing, but some generic stuff would be cool. And for the entrances I feel like a lot could be done here, pyro, banners, inflatable helmets/animals to run out of like in real life that are customizable by appearance of pull in the colors/logos to make it seem realistic as it can be.

I get a lot of people wanting the school stats to be able to be wiped clean or edited. I think this issue would easily be fixed by not having to overwrite an existing team and taking everything from them.

Overall I feel like this could be fixed with an update, and a lot of them tie together. Like not having to overwrite an existing team will then be able to allow us to customize the ratings and school stats. Then the generic stadium could give us the ability to customize entrances and put in generic fight songs. We get that not everything can be done due to licensing issues, at least the majority of us do, and I for sure appreciate all the work that has been put in to making our dreams reality. I think building off of this game can easily happen, especially if it can work out that instead of releasing a new game every year this one gets updated like revamped was for so long. Other games have proven that just updating the same game for years before announcing a new one works great for everyone involved. But, everyone has done a great job and continues to do a great job on this. Hope to see other college sports down the line, but for now, keep up the great work on College Football 25!  

Spike is spot on. There shouldn't be a cap on the number of teams you can have on an FBS level. Creating a conference or even adding ten teambuilder teams to a Pac-12 and keep that conference seems like it should be a given. 

Also, editing rivals and school prestige would be clutch. 

Please Please let us just add 1 team without replacing a team. It would be better if we could add like 6 to jump up to 140 teams, but if you could just add the space for 1 that will be enough for me. Thank you!

PLEASE add generic stadiums, or the very least let us replace the existing team’s logos around the existing team’s stadium. Team builder is almost perfect, just make this happen and it will be
