Kit and stadium editor on EA CFB 25 Teambuilder has an issue & the site is slow

everytime i go to edit my wichita st. uniforms and stadium i can only see platinum uniforms and a black field. that doesn't allow me to see what i'm editing at all, and that actually gets applied to previews as well, also i feel like the site is too heavy for my pc to process it, that causes very slow loading, crashes and it is also slow to answer which causes me having to shut down the page. maybe i have to clear my pc but please fix the platinum uniform problem and the black field.(that only happens when i edit the field, when i choose the architecture it works out just fine)thank you for your attention.
