PNG Appears Correctly on Browser, Not on Console

Question

On CFB 25 Teambuilder, my logos preview just fine on browser, but once converting to console to download, they just appear as white or black boxes, as if the file was not a PNG.

I am using PNG and have other files that have worked fine in the past. No matter the PNG I select (I've tried on multiple new team build files, it all is just boxes without logos!) Any tips?

I'm also having this issue, I've tried to remove the images and reapplying them, but it's still happening.

check the size (pixel x Pixel) of your custom image... white box in it's place typically has meant that the image is too large

That's incorrect, I have the same image just different color that works fine. Only the white version shows the white box.&nbsp;
