Still broken. Is this going to be a week long thing? How long do we have to wait to play NCAA 25 again? Like seriously? The team builder is the only thing that makes this game bearable considering how broken, boring, and repetitive the base game is. Fix your * EA. Your community is pissed.
I'm not trying to be difficult here man, but honestly I'm starting to see why everyone says what they say. I've always gone against the grain and advertised EA to my viewers as a company that is genuinely trying for the community and that nothing is perfect so they shouldn't expect perfection, but when I see things like this I realize that none of us matter because we already bought the game. You already have your money from us. If this was Ultimate Team you can be DARN sure there would be a hot fix INSTANTLY because money talks! But of course us lowly TeamBuilder creators mean nothing because there are no micro transactions involved. I used to really not think this way but it's day 5 of an issue that's affecting freaking EVERYONE and we can't even get a message saying we're working on it Mr. Kent? Like seriously? And don't assume its a given that you're working on it because I can tell you now that as a front-end developer that majored in programming and design, I know that if your team can't figure this out quickly when they had it working VERY recently then they're either severely under qualified or they simply don't give a you know what. I'm sorry but as someone who spends money on all your products this is not okay and I'm done sitting here acting like it is.

It will be fixed, but it’s either a larger issue that needs some QA or teambuilder really is just a small potatoes feature to EA. If it’s the latter, I don’t really blame them tbh.

@TheIconicChronicBeyond your initial purchase of the game, they don’t make any money off Teambuilder, so they won’t dedicate priority resources on it vs. a feature that involves micro transactions. The thing still says “beta” on it FGS and you basically have to manipulate it to create a uniform that has any design beyond a sleeve stripe. Businesses operate toward dollar signs, not free features.

First of all, it’s not really a free feature, I don’t know who is creating teams purely for the fun of it without purchasing the $70 game. 2nd of all, you absolutely can blame them for taking advantage of their fanbase, this game has a larger portion that are playing the offline modes than the Madden games. A larger portion of people bought the game exclusively for this feature, so if a business is operating towards dollar signs, it would be smart to not lose a good portion of their sales just because they could not get a duplicate website right of over 10 years ago.
Man, This is complete *! Your are billion dollar company that can't even get a simple website working.its been over 5 days for some people. Fix this *.. idk how its been neglected for this long. Do better EA.

It’s def a free feature. Buying the game doesn’t give you access to exclusively doing Teambuilder and playing with just Teambuilder teams. It’s only one of the many things you can do with the game, and it’s at no additional charge.
I’m sure some of yall have worked in tech, but it sounds like other have not. Teambuilder is not a simple website, and an immediate fix is usually impossible. Giving an ETA usually creates false hope and results in further enraging the disgruntled consumer.I am sure that they are working to debug, develop, and QA a fix. However, a rushed fix could result in subsequent breakage and, even worse, tech debt that results in further complicating any additional updates to the feature.
And again, as you don’t have to purchase slots for teams, etc., it’s a small potatoes, lower priority issue that they can’t put all their devs on all at once.
- @grchbrwn I absolutely understand where you're coming from, and I worked in technology most of my life I majored in Front End Development and design at UD, so I absolutely understand that some of these things are not simple fixes, however, two things I have an issue with. One, the site was working as of Friday morning which means THEY did something that caused the error, whether incorrect syntax or just a simple mistake in certain lines of code, but either way it was working so from my perspective I wonder why not leave well enough alone. Secondly, it's a free feature from a technical perspective, but you and I both know there's a contingent of this community that does not buy these games each year they opt to play older versions or just not play or what have you. TeamBuilder was a HUGE selling point, hence why they pitched it the way they did. When I played the game early nobody in my community was asking about gameplay before release, they were asking if I had seen the TeamBuilder yet. From that standpoint it feels like there are a lot of people that paid $70-$100 specifically for this feature so to me that makes it a paid feature. It's free to access but if you create a team on TB where you using it if you don't pay? You get what I'm saying? All I really want is some clarity and to know that they're working on it. Not a timeline and not a promise. A confirmation that those of us that use the features we paid for initially are as important as those that pay with micro transactions regularly. That would be like me asking people to subscribe to my channel but only releasing my videos to paid members. I'm not looking for validation as an individual because I'm fine, I'm just looking to not let my community down because no matter how EA looks at it, I view EVERY one of my viewers as being just as important as the next whether they watch one video or watch every time I upload and that won't change no matter how much I grow.
Yeah, I agree with you. The free vs paid feature is something of a semantics, but also a view of why EA has been quiet on the issue.
But I am also among the contingent of people who only want this Madden for the teambuilder and am pretty dismayed about the College version, which had some better uniform options, not letting you update player names.
I am in no way an EA apologist, but more trying to curb expectations. I think I’ve been misconstrued or maybe didn’t quite explain best. However, I don’t take EA’s silence on this as them ignoring the issue.
Like many tech companies, they probably tier issues based on a priority level, which determines how quickly the fix it and with what amount of resources dedicated to the issue vs other projects they’re working on concurrently. This issue seems like a mid tier issue for them. Which I think it would be for other companies, thus why I said “I don’t blame them for being slow on it.

- @grchbrwn Yeah I totally understand what you mean. I think I'm mostly antsy because I've been enjoying not only using Team Builder but also helping people become more creative with it and help them have a more immersive experience ya know. I know it sounds cliché but I genuinely care about my viewers. Every one of them and almost all of my comments the last few days have been asking if I found a workaround. I feel incompetent having to tell them I have nothing ya know.

The website is finally uploading logos again... clear your browsing history and try again! It just worked for me.
I agree 1000% @RealSteev @hoping they fix the issue because I went to school for Digital Graphic and Design and I can’t wait to start sharing my teams with everyone and posting about them on YT, TikTok etc! You’ve been a huge inspiration and your videos have helped me to dive deeper and think bigger! Appreciate all you do! 💯🙌
