I've been hitting different EA accounts up on ALL social media platforms for a week...and I finally got through to someone on LinkedIn. I won't reveal who they are...but they're definitely an employee, and works in the CFB department. This is what I was told on LinkedIn: "Thank you for letting me know! Our team is aware of the issue, and are working on a fix. Appreciate you bringing it to our attention!"

My in-laws live on a farm so I know what bulls--t smells like, like c'mon, I had great idea, great logos, this is dumb asf

Not a fake message. I was told they were working on it by two employees on LinkedIn.
Was just told this morning by an EA rep via email that a fix isn't guaranteed... I think the message you got from this dude was just likely trying to get you to stop talking to them..

I'm not in contact with specific developers. I chatted with EA help and that was the info they gave me. Teambuilder is working as of last night. They fixed the white blank space for logos and everything loads fine, but you still cannot edit players names or positions, only their physical appearance and attributes (which is incredibly annoying because thats half of teambuilder)
Team Builder does NOT load fine. I just tested it and the problem is still there... White field and logo(s).
