Teambuilder Issue - Uniforms and Field Options not visible

Question

It takes quite a bit of time for the Teambuilder site to load for me but I assume its due to heavy traffic volume with the site just launching. However, when I try to create a team, the uniforms are not visible nor are the stadiums. I have tried to clear my cache/cookies, I've ensured my PS5 is off when trying to access the site and I've also tried both Chrome and Edge browsers. I have seen similar topics raised but no definitive answer.

Does anyone know if there is a work-around? If not, is EA aware and working to fix? ETA?

I have attempted for two weeks to create my teams and I cannot upload my custom logos on primary, secondary and tertiary slots. I cannot see the uniforms or the field and when I try to save I get the error message and cannot save. This is so disheartening and dissappointing. This is what I wanted back more than anything.&nbsp;

I’m having the exact same issue. I’ve tried just about everything I can think of to try and fix the issue and nothing has worked.&nbsp;

I was able to create everything, but when I load the game my stadium field is all black and patchy. All that work for nothing. Plus they should create a text box so we can put the team name on the jersey.

@JRO44 This happened to me, I re did my entire team. Just make sure the field preview loads when you save the team and then once it loads, submit it
