Unable to find my Team Builder teams in game

Hello,

I am running into an issue where my account on Teambuilder cannot be found by searching my username (SJSmith48). It's making it hard for me and others to find my work on there, and I'm hoping its only a bug of some sort. Any tips or advice?

I'm running into the same problem. I can't find my team by user name or anything else. 

same issue. Others can't find me, but i can download my own. 

I've found that the issue is that it doesn't go off by your EA account name. Rather your consoles account username of course It maybe a bigger issue but that is what worked for me.

Same problem here. Made team but does not show up in searches. When I search by username it comes back empty.

For WHATEVER reason you can search everybody else's username in the entire world but you CANT search mine! I spent 12 hours trying to find my team and STILL can't find it! It took my FOREVER to find my first team but I finally found it. Pissed me off so much it took me weeks to try another team. HERE I AM! STILL CANT SEARCH MY NAME OR TEAMS! My username is right under my old team but when you search the username NOTHING COMES UP! HOW do I get in contact with EA support! This is ridiculous!

did anyone find a solution to this problem for playstation users???

Your teams will be under my sharings.

Stilll an issue for me (10/12/2024).  Created four teams and they are not searchable.  Not by name, state, nickname, nor by user name.
