Banned for no reason
Has anyone had an account banned and recovered? I am the commissioner in a big online dynasty where we play at least 1 game a day. I have never cheated, used chat during an UT match, or anything of the such. Is there an actual person to speak with at EA? An e-mail or phone number?

If you'd like to raise a dispute to try to get your account unbanned, you can reach out to our terms of service team. They'll be able to look into this for you, and you'll get an email from them when they're done looking into this.
