Can I get a refund for college footballl 25?

I purchased the game but it has too many bugs that it's unplayable. Can I get refunded?

    You can contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is available.

    Edit: Thread locked. We cannot assist with refunds over Answers HQ.

I purchased it digitally from xbox. They won't refund because it's beyond 14 days. I waited for the first big patch update hoping it would fix many of the issues, but there are still too many problems that make the game unplayable

We are not able to issue refunds for purchases from 3rd party retailers. You're welcome to report any bugs here. When we have news on the next update, we'll announce it on our official channels.
