Can't login to EA account and can't get live chat help

I'm playing this game on the PS5. My initial issue is that when I try to sign in to my EA account I'm prompted to reset my password with a QR code. I have tried this and nothing happens. This continu...

when i try to link psn it says it is already linked to disabled ea account
