I have completed the entire list of things to try to fix the "our servers cannot process your request". I have powered cycled, redownloaded the game, reset the MAC settings in advanced networks on Xbox and reset my router.
What can I do to fix this. It is ruining my CUT experience.

@JoshRTR14 me too dude. this has been happening to me all day. just bought a whole bunch of packs, and can’t even play.
- 3 months agoWorked for me! Thanks @nanadad1@DBall05 Reset your lineup create a new line up and that should fix it hopefully that works for you . It did for me with absolutely no help from ea.
- 2 months agoIt’s still not allowing me to open two packs! Neither of them are the locked packs that can’t be opened until 1/7/25! I’m stuck and can’t find any way to get costumer support.
