College Football 25 ultimate team extra large locker pack issues

Question

I had earned trophies in college football 25 ultimate team and spent them in the store for an extra large locker pack but the pack never showed up in my unopened packs. The trophies are no longer on my account and the pack is out of the store since I purchased it but I never received the pack.&nbsp;
