Conference Stories Pack -unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase

I was in the process of buying a pack when the game crashed n kicked me out now I don’t have my pack and i can no longer buy anything without 

Unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry.. how do I fix this

    I had the same exact thing happen to me and now I get the same error. I can’t find or figure anything out about it’s going on day 3 now for me

    It’s not just the story packs it’s happen on all pack mine was on a sophomore pack and I have read other packs are also related to the issue

    What about on all the other packs it wasn’t just the story of the week packs it was on all packs mine was a sophomore pack I know one was with ultimate teams and a few others
