Conference Stories Pack -unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase

Did you find out how to fix this I’m still having trouble and I want my pack!!!

I earned a pack and when I try to open it, it boots me out of CUT. Probably related.

Same here bro. I bought the 750 Point Conference Stories Pack and it took my points, didn’t give me the pack and now won’t let me buy anything else.

Yep i got the exact same issue bought points to buy a pack right when i purchased the pack it kicked me out of ultimate team took my 2800 points and my 500 points and gave me no pack. like if i can’t get the points back at least give me my money back

Same thing happened to me! I just bought the ICYMI bundle for 11k points. Nearly $100!!! got kicked from ultimate team and the pack is nowhere to be found, but of course my points are gone. Seriously EA??? I spend thousands on Madden, fifa and NCAA 25 each year. This is ridiculous. I don't want to have to get my bank involved

This is a company that is worth $39.5 billion by the way. totally unacceptable 

I bought a pack on cfb25 & I’m getting an error message reading: “Unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry.” The pack i bought is not in my inventory. My currency is gone as well.
