Custom defense playbook missing plays

My playbook doesn’t show any of the additional plays I added and also shows 4-4 defense which I removed. The playbook was working fine up until a week ago when I wanted to add the 4-3 under formation. Now every playbook I have has the same plays I tried deleting and starting from scratch but the new plays don’t show at all.
