dont have option to upload logo

Hi everyone, every time I try to upload a logo into the teambuilder, i get a pop-up that warns me about the ea terms and making sure its not inappropriate. I click confirm, only for the window to go away with no option to ever import a logo. please help

    Seems to work fine till I go to upload my teams logo into the game once I try to do that it just sits there loading forever. Won’t let me refresh the page or anything gotta close out the site and reopen/login too EA
