Summarize your bug When clicking to start an online dynasty (by selecting the cloud setting), I select cloud and then the default roster and an error message comes up, saying: “you are already the commissioner of 20 leagues. Please delete one before starting a new one.” I have no dynasty files on my account at all, and I haven’t created any since the game was released. I am able to do offline dynasties with no problems.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to start an online dynasty by selecting cloud on the game. This issue doesn’t seem to be effecting others I’ve talked to and my wifi is not the issue either. I have checked it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game pops up a warning message that reads what I wrote above. Then it kicks me back to the create dynasty screen. Offline dynasties can be started with no issues however.
What do you expect to see? I would expect to see the normal dynasty start screen with settings and team selections. I have opened an online dynasty once and saw this, but I haven’t been able to get past this bug since that moment.

still not working for me on Xbox!! why am i giving yall $100 to play the game early and all features not available but lets be real the game mode that works is “CUT” i wonder why….. cause hundreds of thousands throwing funds into it 

Can play offline dynasty but not online. I started an online dynasty on Monday. Now I can’t load it, it keeps saying ea servers not available at this time. Everything I’ve tried has not worked at all. 

Same here.  on PS5.  Started an online Dynasty yesterday.  Cannot load into it today.  Says the servers are unavailable.

I am, however able to create a new online dynasty, back out, and load into that one.

It's only the other one created yesterday, that I cannot load into.

However, the two other users in that dynasty were able to load into it, and play games earlier today.

I have the same problem. I did a season and a half in a solo dynasty, and now I can not get into it because of an "error". I also am in a multiplayer dynasty and I can not get into that one either for the same reason. However, I can make a new online file, and then play that one and open that one as much as I want to. It's frustrating that I can't play what was going to be my main dynasty because of a bug they supposedly fixed.

Even after connecting to the server, my dynasty league I had going with friends is not available for anyone.  Is this a save corruption issue or are the servers at max capacity?

I can’t load my online dynasty save. I can play online and create a new one but it won’t allow me to access the one I’ve been playing the past two days. Does anyone know a workaround or do I have to create a new one?

Same issues over here it is not fixed and extremely frustrating
