Not trying to argue at all, but we have not received word at all regarding any sort of ETA on when the issue may be resolved. I think that's why so many people are frustrated, that's awesome that they acknowledged the issue (albeit it took over a week), but we should at least get some sort of "Hey we are expecting to have this fixed by (INSERT DATE). Thank you for your patience." For all we know this fix is weeks if not months away, which would be completely unacceptable IMO. The game only has a shelf life of about a year (until the next version comes out), a feature that was advertised to us, not being available for an extended amount of time should minimum warrant a ETA. I just wish there was some method I could go about a refund at this point because I truly think the fix will be at minimum a month or two away.
