Community ManagerEvery game is different. Just because some work doesn't mean the issue is on our end. Also, in comparison to how many people are playing, there are a small number of reports from those that can't connect. If this was an issue on our end, we'd be seeing a far higher number of contacts about it. You can connect on a different network so this points to an issue with your ISP or network equipment.
It's possible your save is corrupted. What console are you playing on?

Community ManagerTry deleting the personal saved data for CF 25. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen so perform this at your own risk. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate CF 25 and delete the saved data.
