Is there a cap on coaching XP? I've hit 50 and it won't go any further yet it shows earnings? Seems odd since I have a ton more to unlock in the dynasty journey. I need help getting this fixed, ASAP.
50 is the cap. Ur not supposed to be able to unlock everything. Pick your coordinators to fill out skill trees your missing or to stack bonuses.

I just started CFB25, and I'm capped out at level 50 with plenty of items to unlock for coach progression. I've been playing CFB for years, and my coach level has been imported in. There needs to be a fix for this issue. I can't take advantage of any of the coach abilities.
I appreciate the feed back on that. However thats a major bummer. I wanted to unlock the secondary level of recruiting. Which it can still be unlocked but unfortunately won't be able to do anything with it. The reason I play dynasty mode is for the growth of the coach. Thanks again.
Glad I posted this, I wasn't sure if it was just a tech issue. Its definitely a bummer forsure. Atleast you coach for Georgia, makes things a little easier to recruit. Lol! They need to fix this to allow more earnings.
This is so dumb! What do you do in dynasty after 4 seasons ? I’m already maxed out at 50 . Makes dynasty boring. Why does it matter if my coach has a skill leave of 250 ? It’s my fantasy ? Gives me a reason to keep going . Otherwise season 5 to 30 is just repetitive ?
What is the point of playing when they cap you off at such a low level. You get 500 coach points which get taken up extremely quickly just trying to build a foundation for your coach. On top of that when you unlock other archetypes they cost 8 each so you can barely even work on them. Not to mention you have to use those points just to be allowed to unlock certain archetypes that cost more. It’s a broken system and I think they have to up the level that they cap it at cause this is pretty much pointless and turned me off from dynasty. What is the point of you won’t allow us to get better as the coach?
This is beyond lame. Not only have I waited since 2014 for this game and dynasty mode. Now that it's here I've pretty much wasted hours of my life in dynasty mode trying to grind out the coaching tree just to be capped. Like why even play the game lol or dynasty mode as a matter of fact if I only can go 4-5 seasons and be capped at lvl50.
