Hello, @kSylph27
I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I've done that as well. I'll try it again, but nothing has changed since the last time I've tried. The weirdest part is that I can still play Ultimate Team in Madden but I can't play CFB Ultimate Team. Is there any reason you think this may be happening?

With all due respect, It’s 2024 wired or wireless connection should not matter that much especially on an online dynasty where you’re playing the computer not even another user. I get 600 Mbps up and down at my house and it still happens. Ive changed the NAT and DNS and reset the network settings on the console and router and it still happens. The answer shouldn’t be going on a wired connection when there are many other games out there that transfer more data where this isn’t an issue.

We have no control over the wireless connection. This is just the nature of wireless. A wireless connection is far more susceptible to interference. No matter what you're doing, games, streaming, etc, you're getting a worse connection on wireless. It just matters more with competitive gaming due to needing quick inputs. Media like movies and music don't have that same issue since they can use buffering to store the next 30 seconds-ish of data. If your connection drops and reconnects, you won't notice the interruption. With our games, as soon as the connection is lost, you'll be disconnected from the match. Even if it reconnects right away. This is nothing new. You can easily find articles online detailing wireless connections and gaming. The bottom line is, as long as you remain on wireless, expect to have disconnects and lag.

I completely understand you have no control over my wireless connection. However, the last few days I have run multiple scans even while playing and the game and streaming and stressing the network and have gotten zero packet loss but yet still disconnects so if I’m not losing packets and my connection isn’t being disrupted on my end then it would have to be from somewhere else. Now of course I haven’t been able to have it disconnect while running a scan but will be sure to note if/when it does. It’s also not as random as you’d think either. My disconnects happen in a fairly specific time frame between 12am and 1:30am CST which I ran tests sporadically during that time as well and nothing was dropped on my end. I know all you can offer is to run via Ethernet so you don’t have to respond and I’m not trying to argue or anything, I’m just trying to say that while connecting via Ethernet is the more ideal solution, one shouldn’t HAVE to connect just to have a decent gaming experience. When I’m playing someone online in dynasty users wired and wireless at least get a warning of “you/your opponent is having network issues” but it rarely ever disconnects in my experience. However, in the same dynasty (I’ve had friends in the same dynasty on wired connections experience the same thing) when playing the CPU it just kicks you out mid game with no warning no attempts to establish connection like there is on pvp games just drops which when you’re 42 seconds from victory and are just running out the clock it makes for a frustrating experience.

Disconnects with wireless connections are not an issue with the game. If it's always happening at a particular time, there's most likely something going on with your network equipment or ISP. Otherwise, if this was an issue with the game, we'd see many more reports of it as it would be affecting a large part of the playerbase. The best I can suggest is that you try playing over a wire to see if you still disconnect.

I've seen this question in multiple places. It keeps disconnecting my controller, then the game. Only game giving me this issue. It's NOT the wireless connection. It's okay to say you don't have the answer as opposed to repeating the same incorrect fix.
