Kicked Out of Playoffs

My partner and I were playing in the Sugar Bowl of the UT playoffs. In the first half we were down 4 and I got kicked out of the game. It said there was an error and that it had been reported. my partner then scored and the other team quit the game. it counted as a win for him but a loss for me and ended my playoff run.

Is there anything that can be done? I spent my whole weekend grinding, I spend money and this is a really tough way to lose (since we won).
