Login Verification check

Everytime I load up either madden or college football I always get hit with a verification check of an old email that I have already went in and changed again and again idk why this email is still seen as the primary email in EA I have not used it in years I’ve already changed it in the past but I don’t remember how I did I would like to play the football games if we could somehow get passed the verification checks please
