Login Verification

Is there a glitch with EA login? Every time I open the game I have to go through login verification and get a code from my email to input just to play the game. Is there a fix to this? Thanks!

    Hey @DerAndrew89 

    We can try to access your EA account details. 

    Remove your trusted devices from the "Security" tab, and try resetting your EA account password (at the top of the security tab). After closing your game powercycle your device and try to log back in once more to see how often this continues. 

    If you do repeatedly get asked to verify your account. We may need to reach out to our support to have a look at your account.

I’m having issues logging in. It’s asking for verification all the time. And the code email it sends never comes through. Companion app won’t log me in. Neither will the web app. I can’t remove any trustee devices either without a verification code being sent which again doesn’t come through
