Madden 24 missing 99 OVR from MVP Bundle

I bought the madden 25 and NCAA 25 bundle and didn’t get my free 99 overall and they said they can’t do anything abt it

    Typically it can take 24 hrs after the purchase to see your content, If you don't have your purchase after that time you will want to reach out to our support with your Purchase Information, so they can look into this further.   

     

    How to use EA Help

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Madden 24 (or any game you're trying to play)
    3. Select the See all help topics
    4. Select the option I'm missing my pre-order content
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
