Missing Player

Missing the new upgradeable WR Xavier Restrepo from my item binder on NCAA 25, Reached out to EA support but EA support says he shows he’s in inventory on their side but he doesn’t appear in my item ...

    Unfortunately, we cannot assist with missing items or rewards here in the Answers HQ community. 

     

    You will want to continue speaking with our support. 

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Madden NFL 25 
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I earned
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
