    Hey @Sully2444 

    Wanted to check if our support was able to assist with getting the missing training points to your account. If not we may need to reach back out to have them further look into this.

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select College Football 25 
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I earned
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

College Football 25 they told me three days ago a team was working on it ASAP and I’ve still not received any email or any help or any of my training that I earned. This is so disappointing for a game that I’ve spent in and put so much time in.
